Hello everyone. Here is the recap for November. Finals are fast approaching. We have just entered fall recess (somewhat- technically, it begins on Monday), but I will likely be using most of break to study. Why fall recess is scheduled two weeks before finals is beyond me. Somehow, I still have a midterm left. There is also a quiz and three homework assignments due the Monday we get back from break. Life is terrible. Unfortunately, I will be cutting this recap short, as I should be studying right now. Have a good week. - Admin C.

lol i woke up a little too late for my first class so im just gonna skip all of them today i think... the nice thing about college is they dont take attendance. at least they dont in my classes. g said that they take attendance for one of her classes which sucks lol. why are u as a college prof taking attendance but ya ill just bug one of my classmates for the notes. id skip tmrw too and just take an early vacation but i have a quiz tmrw so i cant </3 - admin e <3

i dont live on campus technically because i rent kinda nearby but i visit d and g's dorms sometimes. its kinda nice ig. they have these little study rooms that are available only to people who dorm which is pretty cool. i mean it seems kinda pointless since theres way bigger study rooms in the library but for a small gathering theyre ok. g complained to us once about the fire alarms constantly going off during a drill once though. i thought they only did drills during classes but apparently they also do drills for the dorms. ig it makes sense but the alarms were broken so they kept going off after the drills were over. so im thankful that i dont have to deal with that <3 - admin e <3

so u know how in high school people talk about the seniors getting this thing called senioritis? like getting burnt out in ur last year basically i felt that HARD. and i think it must be carrying over into the first year of college or something because i have no motivation to do any of my work this week. especially with break coming up soon like please get me out of this hell now!!! maybe if they gave us more breaks like i said they should, then this wouldnt be happening lol i wonder why senioritis only started happening in high school? i dont know if it happens to college students too but like it doesnt happen to middle schoolers right? i guess they arent called seniors though. middle schoolers dont even have anything to be burnt out about anyways lol - admin e <3

so i was looking up how people ran blogs to see how they got popular and i found a bunch of articles on how to blog like for a living? its super weird to me like this is a blog. every account on tumblr is a blog. blogging is basically like social media but they talk about it like its this whole hustle they make it sound so boring too like??? if u wanna write articles then go work for a newspaper. dont pretend like blogging is a real job lol - admin e <3

this girl in my class was talking about this new word she learned called defenistrate which basically means to throw someone out a window. its kinda funny but then she kept going on about it and making it a whole thing. like ya its kinda funny that theres a whole word for it but u dont have to make it ur whole personality yk it reminds me of those people who learn a really fancy word and then try to use the word in every conversation to seem smart. c used to be one of those people but the difference is he grew out of it. these people graduated high school and are still doing it like grow up lol - admin e <3

Admin E, Minor correction on your post. Thanksgiving is a holiday dedicated to the pilgrims coming to America on the Mayflower, not Christopher Columbus. The holiday you're thinking of is Columbus Day. - Admin C.

everyone always talks about how october-november-december are the holiday months but are they really? like ya october and december i get, those are like the two most important holidays of the year (unless u count birthdays but those are different for everybody so like whatever) but like who cares about thanksgiving? halloween u get candy and christmas u get presents but then thanksgiving u just eat a bunch of food? not even good food because turkey is awful. why would u make a whole holiday around eating that??? it doesnt even have a good story or anything like columbus is super boring and old. the only redeeming quality is that schools give a whole week off for it but like tbh who actually uses that week to celebrate thanksgiving? my family just uses it as an excuse to travel lol - admin e <3

so i just sent an email to my prof and he emailed me back and only one of his sentences actually answered my question. the rest of the email was about how unprofessional it was??? like u got my message. u knew what i was saying. why does it matter that it didnt have completely correct grammar and formal language and fucking mla citations ITS JUST AN EMAIL like i get not emailing a prof the way i talk on here and the difference between texting and writing an essay and stuff but when its an email to ask a small question about a hw assignment then who even cares like this is probably the last years of some of our lives where we get to type like this. u know ur being emailed by students so like just let it go i say - admin e <3

some of my professors are already on us about studying for finals and like??? thats forever away im not gonna start studying now lol how early are u supposed to be studying for finals anyways - admin e <3

i was flipping through one of my notebooks and omg my notes were so neat and pretty at the beginning of the semester lol. but then the lectures started speeding up so i had to take notes kinda quickly and i didnt have time to highlight or make fancy calligraphy titles or anything :'( maybe ill redo them to be prettier but i dont really care about my classes and the semesters over in a month anyways so actually i probably wont even bother... - admin e <3

I missed a week of posting because I got distracted by Halloween lol I dressed up as the white rabbit from Alice in wonderland It sounds weird when I put it that way but it did look good, trust me It was sort of like a playboy style white rabbit so I looked hot Haunted house was ok - Admin G

so halloween was super cool!!! i dressed up as wonder woman and carried a rope around all day lol we went to a haunted house which was whatever and we watched some scary movies which was whatever and we ate candy that we just bought from the store but whatever and it was fun! everyones costumes were kinda eh but thats kind of expected with adult halloween costumes i think. d pulled it off though hehe - admin e <3

Apologies for not actually posting this in October. I was busy with festivities. Hello again, everyone. Here is my October recap. First and most notably, I celebrated Halloween with the other admins yesterday. For those wondering, I dressed up as J. D. from Heathers. Nobody could quite figure out who I was at first, though. Admin D. was convinced I didn't have a costume. We didn't go trick-or-treating, but we did visit a haunted house. It wasn't very frightening, but the costumes and props were well made. We spent the rest of the night watching horror films at my apartment. As for school, I've had a few more exams. For whatever reason, the second exam in one of my classes was vastly more difficult than the first. This is confusing because the material, though new, isn't any more difficult than the concepts we learned at the beginning of the semester. It feels like a strange attempt to catch students off guard, if I'm to be honest. However, the professor did say ...
